Welcome to Dylan&Noa ("Dylan&Noa", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Dylan&Noa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. What Dylan&Noa is

Dylan&Noa is an independent marketplace where book authors, screenwriters, manga creators, and poets ("Creators") publish and sell reading access to their works, and where readers ("Buyers") discover, preview, purchase, and read them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Dylan&Noa.

3. Content ownership

Creators retain full ownership of their intellectual property. Dylan&Noa claims no ownership over uploaded works. By publishing to Dylan&Noa you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and deliver your work to Buyers and to promote it within Dylan&Noa for as long as it remains published on the platform.

4. Buying and reading access

Buyers purchase a personal, non-transferable license to read a work through Dylan&Noa. Buyers do not receive copyright, distribution rights, or resale rights. Downloaded or exported content, where offered, remains subject to the Creator's rights.

5. Fees

Dylan&Noa takes a 10% commission on completed sales. Payment processing fees are additional and passed through from our processor. Full terms are in the Payment & Payout Policy.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not upload content that infringes copyright, violates our Community Guidelines, contains illegal material, or is designed to defraud users. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Purchased reading access generally survives account changes on the Buyer side, subject to Creator takedowns and refunds.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Dylan&Noa is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
