Dylan&Noa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Creators to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws.
Submitting a takedown notice
To report infringing content, send a written notice to reports@dylanandnoa.com (or via the contact page) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A direct link (URL) to the material on Dylan&Noa that you claim is infringing.
- Your contact information: name, address, phone, email.
- A statement, in good faith, that use of the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We suspend and, where appropriate, terminate the accounts of Creators who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Misuse
Filing a knowingly false notice may result in liability under applicable law.
