This page describes what Dylan&Noa collects about you, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: email, username, display name, and profile details you provide.
  • Content: works, posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, and reading progress.
  • Transactions: purchase records and payout details. Card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
  • Technical: IP address, device and browser information, and basic usage logs needed to run the service.

2. How we use it

  • To provide the platform: authentication, publishing, reading, discovery, payments, payouts.
  • To keep the platform safe: fraud prevention, abuse detection, moderation.
  • To communicate: transactional emails, receipts, security notices.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the vendors we need to run Dylan&Noa (hosting, database, storage, email, payments). We do not sell your personal data. Public profile fields and published works are visible to everyone by design.

4. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove personal data within a reasonable window, except records we must keep for tax, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by writing to us via the contact page. Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR/CCPA/UK GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Children

Dylan&Noa is not directed at children under 13 (or the local age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect their data.
