Refund Policy

Because digital works are delivered instantly and can be read immediately, sales on Dylan&Noa are generally final. This page describes when we will still consider a refund.

When refunds may be granted

• The work file is corrupt, unreadable, or fundamentally does not match what was advertised.
• The purchase was duplicated or clearly unauthorized.
• The Creator has removed the work and you never received meaningful access.
• A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

How to request one

Contact us via the contact page within 14 days of purchase with your order details and the reason for the request. We review each request individually.

Impact on Creators

Approved refunds are deducted from the affected Creator's future payouts, as described in the Payment & Payout Policy.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
