Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement governs your use of Dylan&Noa as a Creator. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Ownership of your work

• You always own the intellectual property in your work.
• Dylan&Noa never claims ownership of anything you upload.
• Buyers purchase reading access to your work through Dylan&Noa. They do not receive copyright, distribution rights, or resale rights.

2. License to Dylan&Noa

While your work is published on Dylan&Noa, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, deliver, and promote your work on and through the platform. This license ends when you unpublish or delete the work, except for copies retained solely to fulfill prior purchases.

3. Pricing and revenue

• You choose whether each work is Free or Paid and set the price for Paid works.
• Dylan&Noa takes a 10% commission on completed sales.
• Payment processing fees are additional and passed through from our processor.
• Payouts and thresholds are described in the Payment & Payout Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the legality and ownership of everything you upload.
• You must have the rights to any co-authored, licensed, or third-party material included in your work.
• You must not upload content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law.

5. Copyright and takedowns

Dylan&Noa responds to valid copyright notices under our Copyright / DMCA Policy. Repeat infringers will be suspended or removed.

6. Refunds

Refund handling for your works follows the Refund Policy. Refunded sales are deducted from future payouts.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate Creator accounts for violations of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. Where possible we notify you and give you a chance to respond.

8. Changes

We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be announced. Continuing to publish after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
